Welcome to Magnet's online referral and scheduling system.
The online scheduling system is for existing Magnet customers and individuals who received a Priority Appointment Referral Code from their partner or a Magnet volunteer/staff member. If you do not know your Magnet ID, you can get it by coming in to Magnet and asking at the front desk. We cannot provide your ID number over the phone, nor do we make telephone appointments.
To use the system you will need the following:

Your Magnet ID number (MRN)

The last name and date of birth associated with your Magnet records
OR

Your Priority Appointment Referral Code
