Butt Behavior
  • Get to know your butt. It may be pretty on the outside, but does it make you feel pretty on the inside.
  • Get to know what your butt likes. Rimming, fucking, toys...there are all sorts of ways to have fun with your butt. Try them all (if you dare) and find out what you like, or help a friend find out what his butt likes.
  • Wash your hands before dinner, and wash your butt before dessert (water douches and enemas)...lol!
Butt Burdens
  • Bugs, tears, and 'roids...oh my! Keep a look out for problems down under. Things to watch out for...pain, itching, discharge, warts (bumps), sores or difficult dumps and watery ones, too (oh my, again!).
  • Pain vs. pleasure. Some pain is pleasurable, some pleasure is painful. Only you will know the difference, and it's up to you to let others know. Either way, don't forget to screeeam!
Butt Blasters
  • Exercise your Gluteus Maximus and while you're at it, your sphincter too. Kegel exercises increase control and sensation. Just pretend you're stopping the flow of pee.
  • Lube works for easy entry and exit. Find a flavor and type that you like, and spread it around.
  • Relax. Don't forget to breathe. Holding your breath will make you tense and resistant to the pleasures of the butt.
  • Talk to your doc about your butt, and get him or her to check it out (pants off, or at least down).
