Magnet and HICAP have teamed up to provide free assistance with Medicare and health insurance problems for people with Medicare. You are eligible for this program if you are a current Medicare beneficiary, an adult child or other representative of Medicare beneficiaries, 65 years old or over and eligible for Medicare, younger than 65 and eligible for Medicare due to a disability, or needing information on Long Term Care Insurance. Magnet offers you more than clinical services to keep your engine running. On Wednesdays get acupuncture by the Immune Enhancement Project from 3:30-5:30 pm; massage by IEP from 3:30-6:30 pm. Fridays from 4-6pm we have chair massage with Chuck Drees, CMT, acupuncture by the Immune Enhancement Project, and Hypnotherapy with Heron Saline, CHT; and from 4-6:30 pm Reiki by Mark Peterson, Certified Reiki Master and Somatic Practitioner, of Healing Source. Reiki balances and strengthens the body creating the ability for energy to flow and the body to heal. Zoom zoom zoom, get yourself into our room!

Want to talk to somebody about what’s going on in your life? Whether it’s the job, the husband/boyfriend (or lack thereof), use of drugs or alcohol, keeping up day-to-day, thinking about your future, or just feeling in a funk? The staff from the Stonewall Project are ready, willing, and able to listen to you and talk with you about whatever might be troubling you. There are several 30-minute slots each Wednesday and Saturday and all you gotta do is make an appointment or drop-in and tell the Magnet folks you want to see the Stonewall counselor.
The Stonewall Project is a harm reduction program for gay/bi/queer men who have questions, want information, or help dealing with speed. Stonewall also has a drop-in group for guys looking at their speed use on Tuesdays from 6-7:15 p.m. at the Stonewall Project's offices, 3180 18th Street (corner of Folsom Street) in Suite 202. • Opened and sealed bottles are fine
• No narcotics, pain killers, tranquilizers or sleeping medications
